We focus on Fundamentals of Vedanta and how it is relevant to our lives today. After initial review of what was covered last year\, we will be taking up the text Upadesa Sara attributed to Bhagavan Ramana Mahrsi. During the class\, questions\, sharing experiences\, and contributing to discussion are highly encouraged. \n  \nAnandam Group \nStart with the remaining section of our current study of Meditation and Life.   The first two classes will focus on reviewing all previous chapters and practicing japa and quiet contemplation.  Later\, continue with Part IV- Hasten Slowly- and complete this by the end of October. \nWe will take up the Narada Bhakti Sutra in early November. The Narada Bhakti Sutra is a profound text of 84 aphorisms\, attributed to Sage Narada\, that teaches devotion as the highest spiritual path.
